For this research project I used good some good sources. All of my source had very good information. The site with the best information in my opinion was the college site. It gave me a lot of very important information. The information on that site didn't just limit to one subject of nursing it talks about every little thing about nursing.

Reflection Paragraph on Process
This research project I have been working on for a few weeks is very interesting. It was a difficult topic but very cool to learn about. The thing I enjoyed most about researching this research topic was finding out all the diffrent kinds of nurses. I thought there was only a couple kinds you could be, but there are very many. Also very many diffrent places you can work at it dosent just have to be a hopital or nursing home. The thing I disliked most was how hard it was to find reliable information. Some of the websites I went on were not reliable it had all kinds of inncorect information. If I got the chance to do this project over again I would add more questions to the project. I would make the project bigger and cover every little thing about nursing.

Reflection Paragraph on Findings
For this research project I have been researching nursing. I have been researching this for two weeks, and have found out some really important information. The most important fact to me that I found out was when you become a RN you can work so many places. You can be a traveling nurse, work in a hospital, a nursing home, the army, and many more places. I also learned that the levels of nursing are just stepping stones. You start from the very bottom being a CNA then move up to LPN, and last but not least you reach the top being a RN. RN's are the highest paid nurses. The pay chart also follows the same stepping stones from CNA to LPN to RN.Through out this research blog iv learned that nursing is not an easy job. There are many skills and fears you have to master. The hardest thing for me is going to be staying calm in all emergency's. You have to stay calm no matter how bad the situation is because you don't want to scare or frighten the patient more than they already are. I have enjoyed researching this because I want to become a RN after I get out of high school.
Paragraph #3
In this paragraph I'm going to be answering my last question. Im gonna be talking about which level of nursing has more job openings. My question is "Which level has more job openings CNA, RN, or LPN? and why?" I researched my question and the answer was what I thought it was going to be. RN's have more job openings than a CNA or LPN. This is because we are having alot more babies which is bringing up our population. Health care is growing but the problem is that nursing colleges and universities across the country are struggling to expand enrollment levels to meet the rising demand for nursing care. CNA's and LPN's are over populated but we just cant get enough people to finish the nursing program to become RN's.

Paragraph #2
In this paragraph I will be answering another one of my research questions. The question that is being answerd this time is "What are the college requierments to become a CNA, LPN, and RN?" To become a CNA the college requirements are less than the other to levels. You need atleast 75 to 150 hours of classwork and practical training time. The classes you need to major in are medical terminology, body systems, nursing assistant duties, communication skills, and patient care techniques. After you complete the classes and the training program you have to pass the state test to get your license. The educational requirements to become a LPN are alittle diffrent. the classes you will have to take to complete the program are Developmental psychology, Health assessment, Clinical research and analysis, Human mobility, Acute and chronic pain, Paramedic or surgery transition, and Night nursing. Then when completed these courses you go take your state board exam. The RN requierments are alittle more because its the highest level. The classes are alittle hard they consist of nursing theory, anatomy and physiology, microbiology, geriatrics and pharmacology. Then ofcourse you take the state board test.
Paragraph #1
In this research project i have been working on the past week i have had some very good questions. My research is on nursing. I have three important questions i need to answer to complete my research. In the paragraph im gonna be answering "What is the salary for a CNA, RN and LPN?". The salary you earn being a CNA is not very much. The anual salary is about $24,190. So you would be making about $11.63 per hour. Since there are so many diffrent kinds of RN's you can be the pay varies. Your anual salary can be anywhere from $68,000 to $200.000. The salary of a LPN is in the middle of CNA and RN. the anual salary can vary anywhere from $40,000 to $80.00. As you can see from my research a CNA is the least paying then the LPN, and last but not least the RN.

What I want to know about my topic
I have multiple questions for my research project. There are so many questions I could ask about nursing. There are so many different things I could learn about. I will have many more questions as i research this topic. My essential question is "What is the difference between a CNA, RNA, and a LPN?" This is a broad question that can have many other questions to help me figure out its answer.
- What are the college requirements for each level?
- What is the salary for each level?
- Which level has more job openings? And why?

I don't know every thing about this job, but I know what I've seen and everything my step mom told me. I know that becoming a nurse is a four year constant struggle. It takes hours and sleepless nights of studying. It is not easy and it is not cheap. I know you can't goof off and you can't mess around and think everything will work out. You have to try your hardest and don't give up when the work get tough. The cost of putting yourself through nursing school feels like your spending a fortune.
The story behind my topic choice
My topic for this research project is Nursing. I chose this topic because almost every woman in my family was in some part of the medical field. I would like to keep that going by becoming a Registered Nurse. My step mom just finished college and became a nurse last May. I watched her struggle for four years. She tells me all the time it is not an easy job, but you can't help what your calling is. From the time I was 3 when my mom bought me a little nursing play kit I knew I wanted to become a nurse and help people. I use to practice on my daddy, and my dogs.
